CROWN POINT
The Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 16, 2011, from 9:00-11:30 a.m.
The event will take place at the Old Courthouse in the Maki Ballroom and on the Courthouse lawn in downtown Crown Point, Indiana. A continental breakfast and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny will be available from 9:00-11:30 a.m. with Egg Hunts at 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 and 11:00 a.m.
Cost of the event is $4.00 per person and children under 1 year of age are free. Advance ticket purchases are strongly encouraged due to the limited number of tickets that are available.
A very limited number of tickets will be available at the door the day of the event for $5.00. There will be great door prizes, face painting, and fun games for the children to enjoy!
Tickets can be purchased at the Crossroads Regional Chamber offices: 255 W. 80th Place, Merrillville, and Old Court House Square, RM 206, Crown Point. Tickets may also be purchased at First Midwest Bank, 11275 Broadway, and First Midwest Bank, 1100 N. Main St., Crown Point, Rosemary's Heritage Flowers, 51 W. DYERDyer Parks and Recreation is having their 23rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday April 16 at 2PM Sharp at Northgate Park. This event is for ages 8 and under and is free of charge. We are seeking volunteers to assist with this event. If you are interested, please call 865-2505 with your name and number. Bring a bag to collect your goodies. Pictures with the Easter Bunny, sponsored by the Dyer Chamber of Commerce, will be available at the shelter starting at 1pm on the same day.

Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt - Town Hall
Dyer Parks & Recreation is sponsoring a Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt will begin and end from inside Town Hall. Bob & Jacks Pizza and pop will be served to the participants before the hunt. All participants need to bring their own flashlight and bag. After hunting in Elmer Miller Park, the event will conclude with a raffle held back inside Town Hall. The registration deadline is Wed. April 13th if space is still available. A maximum of 60 participants is available for this program. Advance registration is required.

SCHERERVILLE
The town will host a flashlight egg hunt for children April 21 at Town Hall, 10 E. Joliet St.
Check-in will be 7:15 p.m., and the search will last from 7:30 to 8:30. Children 9 to 13 years old can participate in the search for prize-filled eggs in the moonlight using a flashlight.
Afterward, participants will play bingo for more prizes. Pizza, pop and cookies will be served.
Participants need to bring a flashlight and a bag to collect eggs. Cost is $9 for residents and $11 for nonresidents. Registration is available at Town Hall or online at activenwi.com.

SOUTH HAVEN
